3 Reformer Classes for $75
50-minute, open-level classes capped at eight Merrithew reformers. Your instructor adjusts springs and range of motion for you, not for the middle of the room.
"The classes are small, people know my name, and the instructors are watching and helping me adjust. The workouts are way better than what I experienced at a national Pilates studio."

What to expect
when you arrive with us
Four moments that make up your first Flow Pilates experience.
What to wear & bring
Fitted leggings and a close-fitting top - your instructor needs to see your alignment. Grip socks are required (we sell them at the studio if you forget yours). Eat lightly beforehand and plan to arrive 10 minutes early.
A calm, personal welcome
Flow Pilates is intentionally small - 8 reformers in a light, airy space on Franklin Street. Your instructor will greet you, orient you to the equipment, and note any injuries or areas to focus on.
Guided, adjusted, seen
Every movement can be scaled up or down. Your instructor moves through the room throughout class - adjusting springs, cueing your breath, offering modifications. You'll feel muscles you didn't know you had.
Lengthened. Aware. Ready.
Most first-timers feel released rather than exhausted. Some muscle awareness over 24-48 hours is normal. Come back within the week while the movement patterns are still fresh.

Is Flow Pilates right for you?
Every class is open level. Our instructors teach each person in the room.

A Note from Our Founder
Hi, I'm Dana.
I've spent a decade teaching Pilates, with my training in the STOTT PILATES® method. I chose to build a boutique studio rather than a franchise for one simple reason: scale is the enemy of real wellness. Our community stays small on purpose, so expert, personalized coaching is how every class runs.
This studio was built to feel like a second home. You'll find the structure and reliability you'd expect from any professional operation, and the warmth and individual attention you'd only get from a founder who still teaches every week and knows your name.
Frequently Asked Questions
We love welcoming new students to the practice. We recommend starting with our Intro 3-Pack, which gives you the perfect opportunity to find your rhythm. Our "Open Level" classes are designed to introduce you to the equipment and the principles of control and breath.
Our goal is for Flow Pilates to become your second home! After your intro classes, pick the package that matches how often you want to practice.
As a special welcome, if you join a recurring membership within 7 days of your Intro 3-Pack ending (after your third class, or on day 14 if you haven't used all three), we will take $25 off your first month as our way of saying thank you for committing to your practice.
The cheapest option depends on how often you come:
- Single Session: $40, no expiration.
- The Starter: 4 classes for $145, valid 30 days.
- The Balanced: 8 classes for $239, just under $30 a class, valid 30 days.
- Unlimited Flow: $289 a month, roughly $22 a class at three visits a week.
- Private Session: $95 for 50 minutes. Duets run $62 per person.
See every option, including student and private packages, on our pricing page.
Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move freely - think leggings and a fitted tank or tee.
- Important: For safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. We have them available for purchase at the studio if you forget yours!
Avoid clothing with zippers or bulky seams to protect the Reformer equipment.
All of our classes are listed as "Open Level", and that's intentional. At Flow Pilates, our instructors don't teach to the middle of the room. They teach each person in it. Whether you're stepping onto a reformer for the first time or you've been practicing for years, your instructor will adjust spring resistance, range of motion, and modifications in real time to match your body and your capability that day. You never need to worry about holding the class back. Everyone is moving at their own best.
Congratulations! Pilates is a wonderful way to support your body during pregnancy. If you have a consistent practice, you are welcome to continue with modifications. Please let your instructor know before class begins so we can keep you and your baby safe. If you are new to Pilates or in your third trimester, we recommend reaching out to us first to discuss the best options for you.
Always consult your healthcare provider before beginning or continuing an exercise program during pregnancy.
We understand that life happens. However, for your safety and to minimize disruption to the class flow, we cannot admit students more than 7 minutes after class has started. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to settle in, put on your grip socks, and breathe before we begin.
